Beef stew is comfort food at its best. We know you are looking to keep warm this fall, so this rosemary beef stew will do the trick. Fork tender pieces of beef are slowly cooked with carrots, celery, onions, garlic and tomatoes in a beef stock base seasoned with thyme, rosemary and parsley. Serve the stew hot a top the egg noodles. This meal will make you think of your grandmother. We paired it with the Cape Cod chopped salad that is comprised of arugula, crispy bacon, sliced granny smith apples, toasted walnuts, dried cranberries and blue cheese. The salad is then dressed in a fresh orange juice vinaigrette comprised of apple cider vinegar, orange juice, Dijon mustard and maple syrup. This is a dinner you can relax with and enjoy a quiet night in.
