Chicken Milanese is a totally a classic comfort food. Today we make it a but more decadent with the addition of the cheesy baked whole grain farro. We bread chicken breasts with parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs then we pan sauté it until golden brown. The Milanese is then topped with a creamy mascarpone tomato fennel sauce. That is out of this world. The cheesy baked farro has parmesan, gruyere and fontina cheese. This is the ideal meal to help wind down a busy work week.
