Turkey osso buco is an amazing fall dish! We know that Thanksgiving is around the corner, but you can have this hearty turkey dish as a warm up to the main even happening later this month. We slowly braise the turkey until it is fork tender then top it with a fresh herb gremolata. The turkey is cooked in a chicken stock and white wine base seasoned with rosemary, thyme, bay leaves and cloves; along with onions, carrots, celery and tomatoes. Once the turkey is fork tender it is served with a lemon rosemary gremolata. We paired the turkey osso buco with sage roasted butternut squash because it is so appropriate for the season.
