The stuffed shells are then topped with a spicy arrabbiata sauce made with tomatoes, sautéed garlic, red pepper flakes and diced pancetta. The sauced shells are then topped with shredded mozzarella cheese and baked until the cheese is gooey. We love the creamy artichoke turkey filling blending with the spicy tomato sauce.
