This meal is a twist on a seafood classic. Cioppino is a classic San Francisco dish that is heavily influences by Italian fishermen, here we focus on shrimp and add some sausage; instead of al fish and seafood. This cioppino has a rich tomato broth filled with shrimp, Italian sausage, sliced fennel, and cannellini beans. The tomato broth is seasoned with garlic, shallots, white wine, basil and fresh thyme. This is a great addition to your menu. You can’t beat any dish that has both shrimp and sausage. Yum!  We thought you would like to have a traditional Italian antipasto salad to go along with your cioppino. A bed of romaine hold tomatoes, cubed salami, diced provolone, garbanzo beans, and kidney beans; then dressed in a red wine honey vinaigrette. What a meal! What a duo!
