You had me at short ribs. Ok and pasta too. This Italian-inspired meal will bring a smile to your face any day of the week. Beef short ribs are braised until fork tender in a sauce made up of diced onion, pancetta, garlic, carrots, tomatoes, red wine and beef stock. The sauce is seasoned with thyme, rosemary, bay leaf and oregano. Once the short ribs are tender serve them shredded with some of the reserved sauce a top a bed of el dente pasta; garnish with a dusting of bittersweet chocolate shavings. What?
