Steak pasta salad? Yes, we have this delicious summer combo meal all ready for you to cook and assemble. Sliced pieces of grilled steak are combined with el dente pasta, arugula and minced herbs; then dressed in a mustard balsamic vinaigrette. The dressing is seasoned with herbs de Provence too! Pack this steak pasta salad with a cup of garden pea soup. Tender peas are sautéed with shallots, deglazed with white wine then simmered with chicken stock. The soup is pureed until smooth and garnished with a morel infused cream and chopped mint. Enjoy!
