FSimple, straightforward and totally delicious. You don’t need to over think dinner, we have it solved. Today we have an Italian-style meatloaf  with pesto crushed potatoes for you to dig into. Our meatloaf is made up of minced garlic, oregano, basil, onions, breadcrumbs, parmesan and ground beef all mixed together then topped with a homemade tomato sauce. The meatloaf is baked then sliced and served with the pesto crushed potatoes. If you are savoring this meatloaf at home we suggest a nice red wine to go along with it. Yum!
