Ground sirloin has chopped carrots, onions, celery, mushrooms, garlic, egg and breadcrumbs are all combined. Then the meat mixture is seasoned with Italian herbs, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. The meatloaf is baked with a tomato brown sugar glaze and is served with a side of roasted Brussels sprouts topped with crispy bacon lardons. Dinner is going to be great tonight, just don’t tell your mom.
