Combo meal alert! Get more flavor for your dollar in this Vietnamese-inspired duo. Our Vietnamese-style steak and kale salad and vegetable pho are amazing. The steak in the salad is grilled and sliced, then served a top a bed of chopped kale, sliced red onions, tomatoes, and cucumber. It is then topped with a Vietnamese dressing made up of fish sauce, ginger, garlic, coconut water, shallots, and jalapeno. Yum. Next the vegetable pho, we start off with sliced onions, ginger, lemongrass, garlic, soy sauce and water. This broth is seasoned with star anise, black peppercorns, cloves, fish sauce, and a cinnamon stick; this all simmers until the flavors begin to meld. Next we add diced turnip, carrots, mushrooms, and rice noodles to the base. Don’t forget to garnish with bean sprouts, basil, mint and lime. Together these two make a great combo for your lunch or dinner.
