Warm up your day with our vegetable stew. In each spoonful you will discover diced zucchini, summer squash, butternut squash, green beans, corn, onion, garlic and kidney beans. These vegetables slowly simmer in a thyme vegetable stock base until tender. The stew is served alongside a crisp salad comprised of arugula, shaved cabbage, orange, and avocado; all dressed in a sweet and tangy pomegrante cilantro dressing. Together these two will help you welcome in the spring.
