We can not guarantee that this soup will ward off vampires, but we can say you will enjoy each spoonful of it. We roast whole garlic cloves and place them into a chicken stock base with more garlic and onions. It is simmered until the garlic and onions are tender then pureed with heavy cream. The soup is not over powering with garlic, instead it is well balanced because of the cream and roasted garlic cloves. It is light seasoned with thyme and parmesan. Be sure to have a slice of bread to clean up your bowl when you are done.
