Tender shrimp are sautéed with garlic then added to a cream sauce made up of diced tomatoes, white wine, and cream. This sauce is seasoned with red pepper flakes, torn basil, parsley and parmesan cheese. Fold in your el dente pasta and get ready for a fantastic night in. Just remember the wine or even champagne.  A light salad comes with the pasta made up of sliced mushrooms, chopped parsley, parmesan , olive oil and lemon juice. What a combination. What a dinner!
