Looking for a soup to pick you up this week our Italian style chicken and vegetable soup will do just that. This soup starts out with our homemade chicken stock then we add chopped onions, diced pieces of chicken, sliced zucchini, carrots, garlic, celery and tomatoes. As the soup gently simmers it is seasoned with basil, oregano and then finished with parmesan cheese. Perfect soup to cure a summer cold. Just remember to add your favorite pasta or cracker to the soup.
