Stay in tonight and enjoy a bowl of our hearty beef and pasta soup. Fork tender chunks of beef are simmered with ground beef, carrots, celery, onions and tomatoes in a light beef broth. As the soup comes together it is seasoned with garlic, oregano and basil. Lastly, pasta is added just at the end and cooked until el dente. Each bite is meaty, packed with vegetables and pasta. To make this a bit creamier add a dollop of sour cream.
