Get a lil bit Frenchy this week with our potato and green bean salad, which is reminiscent of a classic nicoise. Cooked gold potatoes are combined with tender crisp green beans, capers, sliced hard boiled eggs, parsley, arugula, basil and anchovy; then dressed in a garlic, anchovy, and dijon vinaigrette. Each forkful will make you think you are in the south of France. We love all the textures in this salad and the surprise of the hard boiled eggs and anchovies.
