Add in the el dente pasta and toss to coat. Garnish this summer pasta dish with more parmesan and red pepper flakes. Be sure to leave some room for the cream of fresh tomato soup made with early local tomatoes. This delicious soup starts out with sautéed onions, garlic, carrots, and fresh tomatoes; vegetable stock is then added and the soup begins to simmer. The soup is then lightly pureed and finished with basil and heavy cream. A true summer meal.
