The pot pie is filled with shredded chicken, carrots, celery, pearl onions, cubes of butternut squash and shredded kale all in a chicken veloute; then topped with a homemade pie crust. The pie is paired with a spinach salad comprised of spinach, mushrooms, bacon, apple slices and topped with a maple mustard cabernet vinaigrette to top off your salad. A very hearty meal.
