Tonight dine on the classic Italian dish; chicken marsala. A pan sautéed chicken breast is sliced and served a top a bed of el dente fettuccine that is sauced with a marsala mushroom pan sauce. Our marsala sauce is made up of sautéed chopped onion, sliced cremini mushrooms, minced garlic, marsala and chicken stock. This is dish is Italian food at it’s greatest! It comes with a serving of Italian green and herb salad. The salad has romaine, Belgium endive, Kalamata olives, parsley, and basil all tossed in a lemon honey vinaigrette. This entrée will be a family favorite, order a few to share.
