Everyone loves a fresh salad served with a grilled chicken breast. This week we have a Cajun-inspired grilled chicken salad for you. The chicken is seasoned with garlic and onion powder, thyme, oregano, cayenne, paprika and black pepper. The salad is made up of a mixed greens, toasted pecans and raisins all tossed in a fresh buttermilk ranch dressing. We paired the salad with a serving of our corn chowder. The chowder has onion, celery and corn sautéed in bacon; and is simmered in milk and heavy cream. It is thickened with potatoes and garnish with the seared sea scallops. Another amazing combo entrée.
