We all love brussels sprouts, we hope that you do too. The young pecorino cheese and creamy white beans help make the Brussels sprouts shine. A tender mixed greens salad has been paired with the Brussels sprouts. The salad is dressed in a pomegranate honey vinaigrette made up of Dijon, honey, pomegranate molasses, red wine vinegar and olive oil. The salad gets sliced pears and is topped in a bright pomegranate gremolata. The gremolata brings this salad together, it has chopped parsley, minced shallot, pomegranate seeds and orange zest. This salad is not short on any flavor. What a meatless duo!
