The beef and Guinness stew is made up of tender pieces of beefs and chopped onions stewed in a tomato, Guinness and beef stock gravy. The stew is seasoned with thyme, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and green peppercorns. This pie is perfect for tailgating or for a Sunday dinner. We paired the beef and Guinness with an endive salad that is garnished with sliced apples, celery, smoked almonds, and cheddar cheese; dressed in a champagne vinaigrette. There is too much delicious to handle here.
