A light but surprisingly filling soup. Our beef and farro soup is always a fan classic. The soup is made up tender pieces of beef simmered in a chicken stock along with whole grain farro, chopped tomatoes, sliced leeks, carrots, celery and chopped kale. It is seasoned with paprika, thyme, garlic and white miso. The miso gives the soup a bit of unami. Serve the soup hot and garnish with shaved parmesan. Trust us this is an amazing winter soup to have this holiday week.
