Snuggle in tonight to watch some hockey with a portion of our turkey lasagna. Layers of tender pasta, turkey sausage, house made marinara, ricotta cheese, goat cheese and parmesan; topped with mozzarella and baked. Total winter comfort food. Each slice of the lasagna is jammed with cheese, turkey sausage and tomato sauce. Yum. We paired the lasagna with a side of Italian style peas. Green peas sautéed with pancetta and fine herbs. Way too much delicious here. Order two for the week, you may need the extra pick me up.
