Tailgate time! Cheer on your favorite team tonight with our three chili-chili. Each spoonful is jammed packed with ground beef, bacon, tomatoes, and onions. The chili is seasoned with ancho, New Mexico and chipotle chilis, plus cumin, garlic, coriander and thyme. We even add some coffee and beer to the chili that adds some depth to it. Don’t forget to top your serving with fresh cilantro and tortilla strips. We paired an Asian-inspired coleslaw with the chili to add some crunch.  Thinly sliced cabbage is folded in with diced red bell pepper, corn, carrots, cilantro and green onion; then dressed in an orange-rice vinegar vinaigrette. A fab tailgate duo.
