Fire up another burger! Get ready for our Thai-inspired turkey burgers. Each turkey patty is seasoned with minced shallots, cilantro, fresh ginger, fish sauce, and jalapeno. So, you are not short on any Thai flavor in the ground turkey. Grill the burger , place it in the bun and garnish with sriracha mayo, mint, lettuce, pickles and peanuts. We paired the burger with our Asian-inspired cucumber and shrimp salad. The salad is made up of diced cucumbers, poached shrimp, sliced napa cabbage, strips of bell pepper, scallion, chopped cilantro, and fresh basil. A lot of crunch. These ingredients are all tossed in a thai style sauce that has tangy lime juice, brown sugar, fish sauce, sambal and freshly grated ginger. Fold all the ingredients together and top with roasted peanuts and you are good to go. Yet another fantastic meal to enjoy out on your deck.
