Nothing beat a steak salad on a hot summer’s day. This week we have one for you. Grill your steak to your preferred temperature, slice and serve on top the salad made up of radishes, chopped endive, escarole, and avocado. The salad is simply dressed in a creamy Italian dressing and accompanied with a cup of our Tuscan-style white bean soup. What a pair. Our Tuscan-style white bean and garlic soup starts out with butter sautéed shallots and garlic, then we add homemade chicken stock and tender cannellini beans. The soup is then seasoned with fresh sage and cream before it is pureed. Serve the soup hot and garnish with the croutons. Enjoy.
