Celebrate the spring with our Italian-inspired pasta dinner and seasonal salad. Ok, the pasta will warm you up, but the salad will make you think spring. Cook the pasta to el dente and fold in the pork ragout and then garnish with the whipped ricotta. The ragout is made with sauteed onions, group pork, red wine, and crushed tomatoes. It is then seasoned with basil, mint, sage, rosemary and crushed fennel seeds. We paired the pasta with this spring inspired salad is just that all thing green and fresh; oh and bacon. Yes, tender asparagus spears, fava beans and peas are all blanched and then dressed in a lemon vinaigrette. We fold in crispy pieces of bacon, shaved shallot and parmesan cheese to make this salad even more amazing. A deliciously daring combo
