Brunch time! Ok. You can also have this meatless meal for lunch or dinner. This open face omelet has a zesty feta and jalapeno schmear baked into the egg base along with shredded escarole. Once the omelet is set it is then topped with za’atar spices, more whipped jalapeno feta and escarole. We totally love the whipped feta incorporated with the omelet plus that za’atar spices. A helping of our mushroom-barley soup comes with the omelet. A homemade classic soup made with carrots, onion, celery, sliced mushrooms, and tender barley. What a pair.
