Totally east coast splurge on our lobster pot pie. Our house made pie crust is filled with a luscious lobster veloute along with chunks of poached lobster, pearl onions, diced fennel, and peas. The veloute lobster sauce is very creamy and has a hint of Pernod. The pie is then sealed and then baked until golden brown and steamy hot. This pot pie is perfect for a night in to celebrate any occasion or just another day of the week.
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
