A very classic roast chicken entrée is ready for you tonight. We season our chicken and roast it in a lemon sauce with quartered lemons. The lemon roasting sauce is comprised of minced garlic, white wine, lemon zest, lemon juice, and oregano. The chicken comes out golden roasted and most defiantly has the essence of lemon. We paired the chicken with a fantastic grain salad made up of quinoa sliced celery, dried apricots, pepitas, chopped parsley and chives tossed in a light lemon honey vinaigrette. These two dishes will help you dream about the summer.
