Serve this meaty flaky white fish a top the tender crisp haricots vert and sauce with the bright white wine sauce. The sauce is made with sautéed scallions, capers, diced tomatoes and white wine; then it is finished with a touch of butter. Yum! Order two for a fabulous date night or keep it just to yourself.
