You are one click away from this amazing steak salad and soup combo. Marinate the flank steak in the sweet and tangy molasses, honey, and lime sauce; then grill the flank steak to your desired doneness. Slice the steak and place it on top of a bed of romaine and red leaf lettuce, then garnish with parmesan bread crumbs and mustard vinaigrette. This is one mean steak salad and we paired it with a helping of our Italian-inspired stracciatella. Aka Italian-egg drop soup. Our homemade chicken stock is brought to a slight boil as we slowly feather the whisked egg seasoned with Parmesan, basil and parsley. Once the egg cook, which is fairly fast we add in chopped spinach. The perfect duo to dine on in the kitchen or out on the deck. Enjoy.
