Our creamy fresh tomato soup is made with early local tomatoes sautéed with onions, garlic, and carrots. Vegetable stock is then added and the soup is allowed to simmer. Next the soup is lightly pureed and finished with basil and heavy cream. A real summer treat perfect or lunch.
