Relax, we have your lunch covered this week. We have made a batch of our classic lentil soup. Each spoonful is filled with tender lentils, carrots, celery, minced garlic, spinach and tomatoes; all simmered in a homemade chicken stock. The soup is seasoned with basil and oregano. Our lentil soup will fill you up and get you through the day. Don’t forget to dunk a slice of French bread in it. Yum!
