Classic Hungarian Goulash over Egg Noodles with Cucumber Salad

Keep is comfy and delicious this week with our classic Hungarian goulash. Trimmed short ribs are seared then slowly cooked along side onions, garlic and carrots in a creamy sauce seasoned with paprika, coriander and thyme. Once the ribs are fork tender, the sauce is finished with sour cream to add extra body and richness. Serve the goulash a top a bed of egg noodles with a helping of our fresh cucumber salad. The fresh cucumber salad, is just that, bright and crisp. The quick pickle of the cucumber helps cut through the richness of this dish. All it is is a touch of vinegar and sugar folded in with the the cucumbers. A duo you can count on to satisfy you.
