Chicken tetrazzini: a comfort food classic! Growing up it was always a favorite dinner as a kid. Even as an adult we get cravings for it.  Pasta with shredded chicken breast, peas, carrots, onion, celery and sautéed mushrooms; all folded into a creamy béchamel sauce. The tetrazzini is topped with bread crumbs and parmesan then baked until golden brown. So good. We paired the tetrazzini with a lemon thyme muffin, so you could dunk in any leftover sauce. Just a whole bunch of delicious here. Ideal for lunch.
