Cajun-Style Chicken Alfredo with Classic Caesar Salad

Another twist on an Italian classic. We take a creamy alfredo sauce and add a bit a Cajun love to it. The pasta also has sliced onions and bell pepper, and is seasoned with garlic, paprika, cayenne, and oregano. Top the pasta off with roasted and sliced chicken breast and you are good to go. We also paired a classic Caesar salad to go with the alfredo. Crunchy romaine tossed in a Caesar dressing made up of garlic, egg yolk, anchovies, parmesan, lemon juice, and olive oil. Plus there is extra parmesan and croutons to top the Caesar. If it is too much food for dinner, keep the salad for lunch.
