A true classic soup! Our cabbage soup is made with real ingredients you can list: cabbage, onion, peppers, celery, carrots, zucchini, green beans and tomatoes. How novel?!  These veggies are all simmered in a chicken and beef stock base until tender, then seasoned with basil and oregano.  Stir in some sour cream to add a hint of richness. This is one fall soup we call all get behind. Yes, it also has tons of veggies in it, plus the cabbage.
