Top them with our maple syrup apples made with local Michigan apples poached in Michigan syrup. We suggest warming the maple syrup apples for the best and most delicious results. Your choice is to either dig into this salad or hold on to it for lunch tomorrow. The salad is comprised of arugula, sliced pears and toasted walnuts; all tossed in a fresh poppy seed dressing. This dish totally had us at pancakes; we hope it had you too.
