It is hot outside and sometimes you just need an easy no brainer salad to keep you on track. Green goddess dressing is always a crowed favorite. We make our green goddess dressing with fresh dill, parsley, scallions, lemon juice, garlic, sour cream and mayonnaise. In this variation we add basil. It is so bright, creamy, and smooth, ideal to drizzle on the bibb lettuce. This salad pairs well with any of the entrees we are offering on our menu this week. Or just add your favorite grilled meat.
