We are totally jazzed about these handmade beef empanadas and you should be too. A tender all butter crust holds a magical meaty filling made up of ground beef and chorizo. The filling also features potatoes, hard boiled egg, green olive, and diced onion then seasoned with thyme, oregano, paprika, and cayenne. Yum! Our empanadas are then oven baked until golden brown and served along side our  steak-house style mixed greens salad. Tender mixed green hold sliced hearts of palm, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, pickled beets, blue cheese crumbles and chopped green onions. The salad is then dressed in a from-scratch balsamic dressing. Simple, fresh and crisp. An ideal pairing with the beef empanadas.
