Another night in and we have another delicious comfort food meal prepared for you. Oven baked turkey meatloaf topped with a sweet tomato sauce; paired with tender crisp green beans tossed in lemon and garlic. Wow! All of that for a simple dinner. Ground turkey is mixed with sautéed onion, breadcrumbs, and eggs; then seasoned with thyme, tomatoes, and Worcestershire sauce. The meatloaf is formed into a load and roasted with a sweet tomato sauce on top. Once baked the turkey meatloaf is sliced and served with a side of the tender crisp green beans sautéed with garlic and lemon. A fantastic mid week meal all ready to go for lunch or dinner.
