Artichoke, Spinach and Mozzarella Strata with Ravioli and Vegetable Soup

Another perfect brunchy lunchy entrée is on deck. This savory bread pudding has diced artichokes, baby spinach and mozzarella cheese all folded into a diced white bread with a parmesan Dijon mustard custard. The strata is baked until golden brown, sliced and served with a cup of our ravioli and vegetable soup. The ravioli soup is tomato based and has diced zucchini and cheese ravioli in it. This combo meal make for a great lunch, so plan on taking it into work.
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
