This meatloaf is made with ground beef, veal and pork; and seasoned with mortadella, parmesan, nutmeg, onion, carrot, celery, garlic, sage and parsley. This mixture is held together with breadcrumbs soaked in milk and eggs. The meatloaf is baked, sliced and served with swiss chard sautéed with crispy pancetta.
