Our tacos al pastor are made with sliced pork shoulder marinated in a garlic, oregano, cumin, cloves, pineapple juice, wine vinegar, toasted guajillo pepper, achiote paste and white vinegar before it is chargrilled. Once the pork is grilled, it is sliced and served in corn tortillas then topped with cilantro, diced grilled pineapple, and pickled onions. Each bite is packed with smoky grilled pork, sweet pineapple and freshness from the cilantro. The al pastro tacos come with a side of charro beans made up of rendered bacon and chorizo, onions, garlic, tomato, chipotle and pinto beans. The beans are then seasoned with cumin, oregano, and paprika, so they are bacony, rich and delicious.
