Swordfish with Tomatoes and Capers with Parmesan Couscous

Swordfish is one of our favorite fish to prepare. We love it because it has many meaty qualities to it. We highly suggest grilling swordfish, but oven roasting it is perfect too. Top your swordfish steak off with sautéed capers, tomatoes, and lemon juice that we have prepared for you. This sauce adds a bit of acidity and freshness to the fish. The parmesan couscous is a great addition to this meal and helps bring it together. We hope you love the swordfish as much as we do.
