Don’t worry about firing up the grill this week, we have you covered with our meatless sweet potato and black bean veggie burger. Roasted mashed sweet potatoes are folded in with millet, oats, black beans, and diced red; then seasoned with fresh cilantro, cumin, chili powder, chipotle powder and cayenne. This mixture is then formed into a patty then pan sautéed and served on a toasted roll  garnished with tomatoes, onions and some guacamole. A fantastic meat alternative jam packed with flavor. We paired a helping of chipotle coleslaw with the burger. It has the right balance of crunch, creaminess and spice to it. It contains shredded red and green cabbage, sliced scallions, and chopped cilantro that is folded in with a zesty dressing. The dressing is a mixture of sour cream, mayonnaise, molasses, and vinegar that is simply seasoned with smoky chipotle in adobo sauce. A great duo and you should order two, you will be craving this burger later in the week.
