Nothing beats an Argentinean style steak dinner and we are delighted to share this one with you. Season and char-grill this sirloin steak then top with a fresh Chimichurri sauce made with fresh parsley, cilantro, red pepper flakes, garlic, olive oil and red wine vinegar. Serve the steak along side black beans simmered in a pimento-tomato-garlic broth and fresh corn topped with lime juice and cotija cheese.
