You are one click away from a very spring inspired meal. Tender sole is pan sauteed then topped with a rich and bright lemon cream sauce. The sauce is made up of cream, butter, lemon zest, a touch of flour and lemon juice. Yum. We paired the sole with a helping of plump Israeli couscous studded with fresh asparagus and spring peas dressed in a lemon garlic vinaigrette and topped with parmesan cheese. Quite the duo to savor and it goes well with a sauvignon blanc.
